I retired from AT&T and have been working with computers since the 1960's. I live in Superior Township which is near Ann Arbor.

For years working with my father Joseph "Ted" Catterall at Trail TV/ Catterall TV we were very well known for being quite inexpensive compared to the normal fees companies charged. I charge $25.00 minimum bench charge when most companies charge $50--$100 fees.
We are also well known for complete honesty. I still remember the time I drove to Detroit for a customer and the issue was the tv was unplugged. I wouldn't even take the $25.00 fee for the service call….
