INTRODUCTION
HOW TO READ YOUR RELATIONSHIP
COMPATIBILITY REPORT
When two people are involved in a
relationship, they get to know each other more deeply
over time. At first, everything is wonderful and friction is rare. Then, as time goes by,
you get to know other sides of your
partner and, undoubtedly, discover some personality
traits you don’t like, and other traits
you appreciate. The more time you spend
together,
the more you get to know each other. But even if you consider your relationship
almost
perfect, you will certainly experience at
least some areas of possible friction.
The purpose of this report is to point out
the different personality traits you possess, and
how compatible they are. This report will help you identify those properties
that are, at
least to some extent, not compatible, and
suggest how to prevent them from damaging,
or dominating, your relationship.
It is important to also keep in mind that
you may have some qualities that, although
positive, are not compatible, but that
negative traits are almost always a cause for
friction.
Therefore, you may find that this Relationship Compatibility Report is
at times
more critical and perhaps somewhat harsh -
unlike most readings of this kind. If
you feel
uncomfortable with that, remember that
this report was designed to throw light on those
aspects in your charts that need to be
understood and recognized, because if they are
not, they can do a lot more damage than a
few critical remarks in a reading.
Tom and Janis, you will probably encounter
some texts such as: “The compatibility
aspect in this area of the chart is
already included in other parts of this report, offset by
other conditions or redundant”.
This is done in order to offer a
perspective that is as well balanced and clear as possible,
and repeating certain traits would place
too much emphasis on them.
Master numbers are also handled somewhat
different in a relationship compatibility
report.
They are reduced to their single digit values, because it is in the
single digit’s
archetype that those personality traits
are represented. If a number that
appears in your
chart is 11, 22, or 33, and the
compatibility refers to the numbers 2, 4, and 6 respectively,
this is not a typo but an indicator that
the compatibility is based on the single-digit sum of
your Master number.
You will also find that some numbers
normally included in a personal numerology reading
are not included in a relationship
compatibility report. This is because
the compatibility
between two people is influenced much more
strongly -- as much as ninety-five percent
-- by the core numbers, than by all the
other numbers in the chart combined. In
fact, the
lesser numbers in the chart would only
muddle the waters if analyzed in the context of a
Page 5
relationship compatibility report.
Tom and Janis, I hope you will enjoy your
Compatibility Report and, more importantly, I
hope you will find this reading to be
beneficial to your relationship.
LIFE
PATH
If ever there was a moment of total transformation, it was the moment of
your birth. In
that instant, you stepped through a door
in time into a new reality -- the reality of human
life. The most important number in your
numerology chart is based on the date of your
birth, the moment when the curtain goes up
in your life.
Even at that moment, you were a person with your own unique character,
as unique
as your DNA. Everything that is you
existed in potential, much like a play that is about to
begin. Your entire life exists as a
potential that has been prepared for. Tom, you have
ultimate freedom to do with your life as
you like: To fulfill its potential completely, or to
make some smaller version of yourself. It
all depends upon your effort and commitment.
You make the decisions to fulfill, to
whatever extent, the potential life that exists within
you. That is your choice. In this sense,
the possible you is implicit during the moment of
your birth.
The Life Path number gives us a broad outline of the opportunities,
challenges, and
lessons we will encounter in this
lifetime. Your Life path is the road you are traveling. It
reveals the opportunities and challenges
you will face in life. Your Life Path number is the
single most important information
available in your Personality Chart!
Tom, your Life Path is 13/4
Tom, you are practical, down to earth with strong ideas about right and
wrong. You are
orderly and organized, systematic and
controlled, you are decisive and methodical
employing a step by step rational approach
to problems solving. Once committed you do
not give up easily!
You are not one for "get rich quick" schemes. Rather you use
hard work and long
hours to build a business or career; you
seek to establish a solid foundation. Precise,
tenacious and persevering, you have great
potential for success, but only after putting out
effort and overcoming the limitations you
so often encounter. Justice and honesty are
sacred to you. You are reliable and
dependable, a cornerstone in the community.
Though not an idealist, you are willing to work for a better world in a
realistic way.
However, you can be rigid in your ideas
and sometimes too quick in judging your fellow
man. You are loyal to those you love and
work well with others. It is important that while
being part of a team you have your own
responsibility and well- defined task, you perform
better when your responsibilities are not
overlapping with those of others. You have to be
careful not to be bossy and rude. You
possess rare discipline and perseverance and not
Page 6
everyone can keep up with you.
Tom, you can handle money carefully and like the security of a nest egg.
Your love of work often leads you into a career early in life. Because
of your methodical
nature you can easily become rigid and
stuck in convention. You can also be overly
cautious when changes are necessary, this
can cause you to miss opportunities that
present themselves. You must cultivate
flexibility in your character. You are well suited
for marriage and often become a
responsible loving parent. However, anything that
violates your profound sense of order,
such as separation or divorce can be a shattering
experience for you. You easily become
obsessed and even vengeful, seeking your own
definition of justice.
You are courageous and a true survivor. You are a builder and the
foundation of any
enterprise. Your hard work and practical,
traditional values pay off to provide you with the
rewards you seek and deserve.
Tom, your 13 Life Path is somewhat burdened by the presence of a Karmic
Debt.
Those with the 13 Karmic Debt will work very hard to accomplish any
task. Obstacles
stand in their way, and must be overcome
time and again. One may often feel burdened
and frustrated by the seeming futility of
one's efforts there may be a desire to surrender
to the difficulties and simply give up on
the goal, believing it was impossible to attain in
the first place. Some with the 13 Karmic
Debt fall to laziness and negativity. But efforts
are not futile, and success is well within
reach. One simply must work hard, and
persevere in order to reach the goal. Many
highly successful people in all walks of life,
including business, art, and athletics,
have a 13 Karmic Debt.
The key to succeeding wit the 13 is focus. Very often, people with the
13 Karmic Debt
do not concentrate or direct their
energies in one specific direction, or on a single task,
but scatter their energies over many
projects and jobs, none of which amount to very
much. A temptation wit the 13 is to take
shortcuts for quick success. Too often, that easy
success doesn't come, causing regret and
the desire to give up. The result is a poor
self-image, and the belief that one is
incapable of amounting to very much.
In order to focus, you must maintain order in your life. Order is
essential to success.
You must maintain a schedule, keep
appointments, and follow through. Keep your
environment neat and under control, and
never procrastinate. If you sustain a steady and
consistent effort, you will realize much
reward.
Janis, your Life Path is 16/7
Janis, you are the searcher and the seeker of the truth.
You have a clear and compelling sense of yourself as a spiritual being.
As a result,
your life path is devoted to
investigations into the unknown, and finding the answers to the
mysteries of life.
Page 7
You are
well-equipped to handle your task. You possess a fine mind; you are an
analytical thinker, capable of great
concentration and theoretical insight. You enjoy
research, and putting the pieces of an
intellectual puzzle together. Once you have
enough pieces in place, you are capable of
highly creative insight and practical solutions
to problems.
You enjoy your solitude and prefer to work alone. Janis, you need time
to contemplate
your ideas without the intrusion of other
people's thoughts. You are a lone wolf, a person
who lives by his own ideas and methods. As
a result, close associations are difficult for
you to form and keep, especially marriage.
You need your space and privacy, which,
when violated, can cause you great
frustration and irritation.
When your life is balanced, however, you are both charming and
attractive. You can be
the life of a party, and enjoy performing
before an audience. You enjoy displaying your wit
and knowledge, which makes you attractive
to others, especially the opposite sex.
But you have distinct limits. While you are generous in social
situations, sharing your
attention and energy freely, you are
keenly aware of the need to "come off stage" and
return to the solitude of your lair. You
associate peace with the unobtrusive privacy of
your world. Therefore, intimacy is
difficult for you, because you guard your inner world
like a mother lion does her cubs.
All this privacy and aloneness can cause isolation and loneliness,
however. You can
be aware of emptiness in your life, a part
of you that yearns for company and close
companionship that may be unsatisfied.
If isolation is brought to the extreme, you can become cynical and
suspicious. You can
develop hidden, selfish motives, which people
may sense and may cause them
discomfort around you. You must guard
against becoming too withdrawn and
independent, thus shutting out the love of
others and keeping you from experiencing the
true joy of friendship and close
companionship.
Janis, you must especially watch out for selfishness and egocentricity,
thinking of
yourself as the center of the universe,
the only person who really matters. Social contact
gives you perspective on yourself and on
life, while too much isolation can make you too
narrow and even shut off from the rest of
the world.
Secretly, you may feel jealous of the easy relationships formed by
others; you may
perceive others as less inhibited than
you, or more free to express themselves. You may
harshly criticize yourself for not being
more gregarious, powerful, or capable of greater
leadership.
Your challenge in life is to maintain your independence without feeling
isolated or
ineffectual. You must hold fast to your
unique view on the world, while at the same time
being open to others and the knowledge
they have to offer.
With your abilities to learn, analyze, seek out answers to life's
important questions, you
have the potential for enormous growth and
success in life. By the time you reach middle
age, you will radiate refinement and
wisdom.
Pythagoras loved the seven for its great spiritual potential.
Page 8
Janis, your
16 Life Path also reflects the presence of a Karmic Debt. The 16 Karmic
Debt means destruction of the old and
birth of the new. The 16 is about the fall of the
ego, and all that it has built for itself.
It is a watershed, a cleansing. All that has been
constructed, and all that serves to
separate the person from the source of life is
destroyed. Through the 16, reunion with
the Great Spirit is accomplished.
This can be a painful process, because it usually comes after much ego
inflation. This
results in a struggle between the ego and
the divine will. Life presents challenges to your
grand plans, which can be resented and
struggled against. It is a lost battle, and you will
likely feel humbled in the face of the
collapse that follows. This humility is the key to later
success, however, because you will learn
to follow the intimations of a higher reality. In
the destruction of the old, a spiritual
rebirth takes place with an entirely new awareness.
This rebirth affects every area of your
life. It is a life much the better for the fall.
Those with the 16 Karmic Debt must be careful of egotism. Very often,
those with the
16 use their highly intuitive and refined
intellect to look down upon others, and view the
rest of the world as inferior. This causes
acute alienation and loneliness. In addition, it
invites retribution, for the egotist is
humbled more harshly than any other. When the 16 is
in one of the core numbers, this process
of destruction and rebirth is a continual cycle
that actually serves to bring you into
higher consciousness and closer union with the
source of life.
The 16 Karmic Debt can be a path of progress and great spiritual growth
if it is looked
at properly. One develops great faith by
placing one's life in the hands of God. Through
such faith, gratitude and peace are firmly
established.
Your Life Path's compatibility is 4 and 7
Tom and Janis, your Life Path numbers are
the most important numbers in your charts,
and, as such, their compatibility is very
important to the well-being of your relationship.
Tom and Janis, your combination is almost
made in heaven. The “almost” can’t be
left
out because there are some sharp angles to
be rounded off. This relationship is
founded more on intellectual and spiritual
levels than on the sensual, physical plane.
Tom is practical and grounded, goal-oriented
- Tom is a doer. Tom can take ideas,
quickly eliminate what won’t work or is
unrealistic, and then make the realistic ideas
materialize. Tom is of the earth.
Janis, on the other hand, is full of ideas and spiritual
search, philosophical and a bit of a
dreamer. So, earth and heaven make up
this
combination, and, just like earth and
heaven, you can’t exist without each other.
Although
this is only one aspect of the chart, its
influence will help you overcome many of the
obstacles and challenges inherit in every
relationship.
This combination is often found among
relationships that started at a very early age -
something that can be explained by the
fact that both numbers are drawn to each other
Page 9
because what they have to offer is exactly what they
need from each other. Tom
experiences Janis’s more abstract and
philosophical outlook on life as offering freedom
and space for Tom’s solid, dependable, but
somewhat too structured, restricting views.
At the same time, Tom offers Janis a
stable, secure port in an internal universe that is
often chaotic and highly unstable. As a number seven, Janis knows the dangers
that lurk
in the dark corners of the subconscious
when the mind wonders too far into the realms
of dreams and abstract fears. While Tom offers a safe haven to Janis,
helping Janis find
peace and comfort, Janis, in return,
brings freedom to Tom’s spiritual and mental
experiences. Supported by this mutual complementation, this four and seven
combination can bring about childhood
romances that will last for a lifetime.
The sharp angles I mentioned earlier are
found on the more mundane, physical plane.
This is where you both may have to
compromise if you want your relationship to develop.
While Tom requires order and
respectability, Janis is more comfortable with a bit of
chaos, in which Janis can pose as an
observer, an unconventional observer, not per se
seeking the approval of others.
If you are successful in compromising on
the material plane, your relationship will be very
satisfying and you will get as close to
the proverbial “soul mates” as any two people can
get.
EXPRESSION
Your Expression number reveals your physical and mental constitution,
the orientation
or goal of your life. Some numerologists refer to this number as
the Destiny, because it
represents a lifelong target at which you
are aiming. You work at fulfilling this
potential
every day of your life. Thus, the Expression number reveals your
inner goal, the person
you aim to be.
The Expression number reveals the talents, abilities, and shortcomings
that were with
you when you entered your human body. Your name, and the numbers derived from it,
reveals your development, as well as the
talents and issues you will be working with
during this life.
For those for whom reincarnation is an accepted philosophy, the
vibration of your full
name can be seen as the totality of your
personal evolution, the experiences, talents, and
wisdom accumulated over many life
times. Every experience, no matter how
great or
small, along this evolutionary path has
influenced your development, and brought you to
your current state of being.
The Expression is your being; the Life Path is the major lesson you are
attempting to
learn this time around. Time allows the gradual emergence of your
personality. By
reading the Expression number below, you
will come to understand your basic nature
and the abilities and issues inherent in
your being.
Tom, your Expression is 41/5
Page 10
Tom, you
are a free spirit. You love change,
adventure, and excitement. You love
your
freedom.
Like a bird that needs its wings to live, you cannot exist without
it. Freedom is
the nucleus around which your life
revolves. You need it for your very
survival. By using
freedom properly, you are able to explore
and develop all of your varied talents.
You will
meet many types of people and travel great
distances. Freedom is the atmosphere
necessary for you to bring forth your many
talents.
You are capable of doing almost anything, and probably quite well. Only by avoiding
the imprisonment of illusory security are
you able to bring forth your abilities.
Tom, you are unusually adaptable.
In fact, change is a blessing for you.
In the same
way, you need challenge and variety. You hate the routine of life; being stuck is
a
catastrophe for you. You become miserable when you are held back
or held down.
The taste and texture and color of life have an overpowering allure for
you. From
childhood, you dream of seeing foreign
lands, experiencing the sensual and the exotic.
You want to try everything at least once
in life. All of life is a playground
for your senses.
But this can get you into trouble.
You may fail to respect your natural limits, either
biologically or socially. Any sort of boundary is anathema to you,
which can blind you to
your natural limits, and may cause you to
overindulge your desire for food, sweets,
alcohol, sex, and drugs.
Tom, you are gifted in your ability to communicate. Your facility with words is almost
limitless. You can be a salesman, politician, lawyer, public relations
person, and
minister.
You also possess the talent to share and advance new ideas. You are talented
with your hands. You love the new and untried.
Your field is the frontier. You
are a bit of
a gambler, and often play for very high
stakes. All of this combines to give
you a youthful
enthusiasm, which others find infectious
and attractive.
You like to work with others, but need to perform your task
un-encumbered by the
restraints of others.
Tom, you are a clever and a quick thinker, but your thought processes --
like your life in
general -- can be unorganized and
scattered. You must stay grounded and
focused if
you want to be successful.
You fall in and out of love frequently, especially early in life. You are naturally sensual
and commonly have a strong sex drive. These characteristics usually make for a
lively
and exciting love life, but you must guard
against shallow feelings and relationships.
Your challenge is to develop mature and
lasting relationships.
Self-discipline and setting healthy limits is the key to your success in
virtually every
area of your life. Ironically, you will find that as you learn
to set appropriate limits on
yourself, you will develop more self-
mastery and realize even greater freedom.
This is especially true when it comes to finishing what you start. Your tendency is to
give up once you've got a project or job
under control; you grow bored quickly.
You start
to fantasize about a new challenge, or the
rewards of your great accomplishment, long
before the work is finished.
The 5 Expression desires the whole world. You are aware that you have many talents
Page 11
that can bring much success. But that success depends on your willingness to choose
certain areas to concentrate on, and to
bring them to perfection.
Janis, your Expression is 16/7
Janis, you are gifted with an analytical mind and an enormous appetite
for the answers
to life's hidden questions. You have a strong interest in exploring
scientific matters,
philosophy, and even mysticism. You possess clarity and persistence in your
search for
truth.
You can be a great researcher, educator, and philosopher.
You are driven by a desire for knowledge and truth. You must learn to discriminate
between illusion and reality, but you are
well equipped for this task. Your fine
mind offers
you insight into the veiled mysteries of
life. You also possess a considerable
amount of
perspective. Somewhere inside you, you are aware of a peaceful place that you
call
upon during difficult times.
Janis, you need time to be by yourself.
Too much social interaction causes you
stress.
You need your privacy and a place that can be shut off from the hustle
and bustle
of life.
You tend to keep your thoughts to yourself and are secretive. Unless your 7
expression is balanced by extrovert
characteristics (usually revealed by the numbers 1,
3, 5, and 8), your introversion may pull
you deeply within yourself, even cutting you off
from others.
You have a strong dislike of the superficial and mundane. You are often surprised by
the lack of understanding or depth of
knowledge of others, many of whom do not take the
search for knowledge as seriously as you
do. This can cause you to be critical
of others,
and even cynical about life in general.
The more cut off from others you become, the more hidden are your
motives. Once
you develop understanding of people and
life, your advice and counsel will be sought by
those around you who need your wisdom.
You love to specialize your knowledge and develop great depth within
your field. You
are a perfectionist.
You should complete your studies early in life and not be driven too
hard by a desire to
be successful. Let things come at there own pace, be open to opportunity, but
remember your rewards, satisfaction, and
contentment come from a higher source.
Sevens can be distant and aloof.
When dominated by their darker characteristics,
they can be unfaithful, dishonest, and
cruel. Contemplation, meditation, and
the softer,
finer vibrations of life can restore your
sense of harmony and keep you on the path to
peace and balance.
Janis, you have a logical mind.
Your analytical skills cause you to approach a problem
in a detached, surgical kind of way. Researchers, analysts, investigators,
inventors,
technicians, scholars, lawyers, bankers,
watchmakers, priests, philosophers,
theologians, and administrators in some
scientific or technical field are among the
vocations 7s are drawn to.
Page 12
Your Expression's compatibility is 5 and 7
More than any other number in your chart,
your Expression number reflects who you are
as a person. Earlier, you read about the Life Path number and how important
that
number is in your chart. However, the Life Path number reflects “the
path you walk on,”
and should be seen more as a powerful
influence than as a part of your personality
makeup.
Your Expression number on the other hand, reflects a deeper part of
you. It is
more difficult to overcome possible
negative traits you may have recognized in yourself
when they are found in this part of the
chart, than when they are found under the Life
Path description.
It can’t be emphasized too much how
important it is to realize that numbers in different
areas of the chart affect you differently,
even when it is the same number.
Sometimes,
you may read something that seems to directly
contradict earlier statements. Yet, if
you
take the time to think about them
carefully, you will probably recognize that you, as a
human being, are extremely complex and
full of the same contradictions. This
is simply
the way we are. You may be organized in one area of your life, while chaos rules
in
another area. You may be tactful and sensitive in one setting, and direct and
confrontational in another situation.
Tom and Janis, not only is this one of the
best combinations for long-lasting
relationships, but it is also a merging of
archetypes that promises mental and spiritual
growth for both of you.
The five and the seven fulfill each
other’s needs and desires in many ways, but
particularly on the intellectual and
spiritual planes. Many famous
intellectual and artistic
couples shared this combination. This is one of those partnerships that are
larger and
more promising than the sum of their
parts.
Tom has a quick and flexible mind spiced
with a wicked, offbeat sense of humor.
The
five thinks on its feet and looks right
through any attempt to disguise. Among
neuro-specialists there is a basic idea
that, over the years, the mind tends to think
according to established patterns, like
water running through canyons. This may
be the
case with many people, but not with those
who have a five in this position of the chart.
They will never allow their minds to
shelter any repetitive, predictable patterns.
Thanks to
Tom’s ability to juggle ideas and
concepts, Tom will always seem younger and remain
more playful and quick-witted long past
the time other people of Tom’s age group have
slowed down.
Janis’s mind is also powerful. However, Janis’s mental and spiritual
faculties operate
very differently from Tom’s. Janis has a dry sense of humor and a more
serious mind.
Janis seeks answers to life’s major
questions and often spends time staring into some
inner space, searching for insight and
understanding. Probably not closely
connected to
organized religion, Janis - nonetheless or
because of this - has a strong sense of the
reality of the God force. For Janis, the mystery of life is not just
some unattainable
Page 13
abstract concept - it is a reality. It is a major source of inspiration and a
force that
influences Janis’s daily life. The seven is the most spiritual of all
numbers, but it is rarely
found among those who have simply accepted
their local religious presence. The
seven
asks too many questions and takes the
spiritual much too serious to take anything at
face value.
The only real source of discordance that
can appear between the five and the seven,
Tom and Janis, is spiritual in
nature. For Janis’s taste, Tom may seem
too flamboyant
and superficial at times. By the same token, for Tom, Janis may become
too hung up on
certain spiritual concepts. Tom may even see Janis as somewhat of a
zealot. It is
difficult for Tom to understand how
someone can become so involved in abstract
concepts and philosophies, while Janis may
not be able to accept the fact that for Tom
the experience of life is more important
than trying to analyze it. However, the
seven and
the five have such a powerful positive
influence on each other that this disagreement
rarely appears when a seven and a five
form a partnership. Tom keeps Janis
loose and
able to enjoy life also from a simpler,
more direct perspective, while Janis is able to show
Tom how a deep, serious search of
understanding can be immensely gratifying.
Frequently, partnerships based on the five
and the seven are intellectually and spiritually
dynamic and last for a very long time.
HEART'S
DESIRE
Your Heart's Desire is the inner you.
It shows your underlying urge, your true
motivation. It reveals the general intention behind many of your
actions. Consequently, it
dramatically influences the choices you
make in life. The Heart's desire is
seen as part
of the larger picture, called the core
numbers, which includes the Life Path, Expression,
Day you were born, and Personality. But each points to a different aspect of
you.
The Expression number reveals your talents and abilities, and your
general direction in
life.
The Life Path is the central lesson you came into the world to
learn. The Day you
were born is very closely connected to
your Life Path. It reveals specific
talents you
possess, which will be helpful to you in
dealing with your Life Path. The
Personality
reveals how people tend to see you. It also demonstrates what characteristics
you are
projecting to the world. The Heart's Desire demonstrates the identity
of the soul that
joined the earth -- you, the spiritual
being.
Tom, your Heart's Desire is 20/2
Tom, you want peace and harmony in all aspects of your life. You want to devote your
life to someone or something. You fall in love easily. You are extremely sensitive and
emotional. You can be sentimental and you cry at sad stories. You need friends and
society.
